These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through BIG Print Studio at bigprintstudio.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
1. About us
BIG Print Studio supplies custom printed, personalised and trade-produced print products in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at bigprintstudio51@gmail.com.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for checking the product, size, material, finish, quantity, delivery details, artwork and any personalisation information before completing checkout.
We may contact you if information is missing, artwork appears unsuitable for production, a product is unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary and will refund any amount due if we do so.
3. Artwork supplied by customers
You are responsible for ensuring that artwork you upload is accurate, suitable for printing and that you have the necessary rights or permission to use all text, logos, photographs, illustrations and other material contained in it.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not provide a full proofreading service. We may identify obvious production issues, but responsibility for spelling, names, dates, contact details, dimensions and design content remains with the customer.
Where we produce an item from customer-supplied artwork, a finished print that accurately reflects that artwork will not normally be treated as defective solely because the original artwork contained an error.
4. Personalisation
For products based on one of our designs, you must provide complete and accurate personalisation instructions. Please check names, dates and wording carefully.
Minor changes such as names, dates, wording and simple colour requests may be included where stated. Substantial design changes, additional design work or artwork creation may require an additional charge.
5. Print colour and tolerances
Colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer screens can differ from printed colours. Reasonable colour variation can occur because screens and printing processes reproduce colour differently.
Printed products may also be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances for cutting, finishing, positioning and dimensions. These tolerances do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown during checkout where relevant.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect an order already accepted by us except where there has been an obvious pricing error.
7. Production and turnaround
Any turnaround time shown or discussed is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing. Production time may depend on receiving usable artwork, complete personalisation information and cleared payment.
Some specialist items may be manufactured or fulfilled using trusted trade-print suppliers. This allows us to offer products and finishes that are not produced directly in-house.
8. Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the expected timeframe, but courier and postal delays can occasionally occur outside our direct control.
Please inspect parcels on arrival where possible and notify us promptly of transit damage, including photographs of the product and packaging.
9. Cancellations and custom-made goods
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If production or design work has not started, we will normally try to accommodate the request.
Many products sold by BIG Print Studio are personalised, made to a customer's specification or printed using customer-supplied artwork. Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to genuinely bespoke or personalised goods once production has begun. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged or materially different from the agreed specification, contact us promptly at bigprintstudio51@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate.
Where goods do not conform to the contract, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, reprint, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
11. Customer-supplied content
You must not submit artwork or content that is unlawful or that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights. By supplying artwork, you confirm that you are authorised to have it reproduced.
You grant us permission to use the supplied artwork only as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, quality-check and fulfil your order.
12. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the BIG Print Studio name, branding, product photography, website text and original design work remain the property of BIG Print Studio or the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.
For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, loss of business, lost profits or failure to meet an event date unless we have expressly accepted that liability in writing.
14. Events and date-sensitive orders
If your order is required for a wedding, event, exhibition or another fixed date, please allow sufficient production and delivery time. Tell us about the required date before ordering if timing is critical. A requested event date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will normally apply to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that applies to you.
