Wedding Welcome Sign Size Guide
Choosing the right sign size depends on where it will be displayed, how far away guests will view it from and how much information it contains.
A2 – 420 × 594 mm
Best for smaller tables, compact venues and simple signs with limited wording.
A1 – 594 × 841 mm
Our recommended all-round size for wedding, Nikkah, engagement and party welcome boards. It is large enough to make an impact on an easel without dominating the entrance.
A0 – 841 × 1189 mm
Best for large venues, busy entrances, seating plans and designs containing more information.
Which size should I choose?
For most welcome boards, A1 is the safest choice. Choose A0 where you need strong visibility or lots of text, and A2 for smaller displays.
